New Adventures in Lake of the Ozarks this October – Exploring the New and Unfamiliar🍂

This October, we’re heading back to one of our favorite destinations – Lake of the Ozarks. Over the years, we’ve made so many wonderful memories here, from summer boating and dining lakeside to cozy fall evenings watching the sunsets over the water. But this trip is going to be a little different. Instead of revisiting the familiar favorites, we’ve decided to challenge ourselves to experience the Lake in a brand-new way – only doing things we’ve never done before.

We’ll be staying in our own vacation rental, The Penthouse Paradise, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with stunning views and all the comforts of home. We love sharing this place with guests year-round, but this time, we’re looking forward to enjoying it ourselves during one of the most beautiful times of year at the Lake. Here’s our special “first-time experiences” itinerary for October:

• Bagnell Dam Strip – Believe it or not, we’ve never truly strolled the famous strip! We’re excited to explore the shops, grab a bite, and soak in the nostalgic charm. maybe a little night life, you never know.

• Horny Toad Entertainment Complex – Known for its live music and nightlife, this stop promises a fun evening of entertainment and energy.

• Double Whiskey Cigar Lounge – A cozy spot to relax with a drink and a cigar – something new and different for us at the Lake.

• Ozark Distillery – We’ve toured wineries before, but never a distillery at the Lake. Can’t wait to sample their locally crafted spirits.

• JB Hook’s Restaurant – A fine-dining experience with breathtaking views – perfect for a special evening out.

• Gun Range – A new adventure to try something outside our usual Lake activities.

• Bulldogs Beach House – Casual dining with a lively vibe right on the water.

• RIP Tavern – A fun new local spot we’ve yet to check out.

• Marty’s – We hear great things about the food and atmosphere here, and we’re excited to finally experience it ourselves.

  
  

We’ll be documenting the whole trip – the food, the fun, and the memories – and sharing our impressions along the way. The Lake of the Ozarks has so much to offer, and even after many visits, it feels like we’re only scratching the surface.
